Friendly staff but they always close 15-20 minutes early!! Really frustrating

Ordered a Large French vanilla, had to return 3 times because the machine fills up the cup only halfway. Korean girl yells at me... "This is the last time!" as if it was my fault that the machine does not fill up the cup. 35% comes out as foam. Read more

I wish I could complain against this store. Worst service ever... The never listen to order properly and always screws up... everything. My worst experience with these ladies over there. Not once many times they have done this to me. I will try my bestto reach the manager and complain against them. My recent one was the day i am writing this.... I have to walk all the way 8 minfrom my work place and complain about this. All other stores must be better option to go then this. Read more
