I recently visited this coffee shop and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was slow and unprofessional,... and the staff seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The coffee itself was mediocre at best, and the priceswere too high for the quality of the product. Overall, I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone and will not bereturning in the future.Staff working during evening are rude and they even argued with me regarding wrong order they havetaken,they even abused me that customers are wrong,how come timhortons are serving with these kind of stores close to Georgebrown college. Long lines, slow, no seats, staff was friendly though and food was good-fresh. Need more staff at busy times.

Great layout, bright and airy for a fairly small location. The staff are really efficient and, really accommodating. It was... really busy but, we were served very quickly. The staff member who served us was, very polite and professional. Our food ordercame quickly, all the items we ordered were, of course warm and fresh. The team working on August 17th 2022 were beyond incompetent and rude. Wrong orders, delayed orders, a lot of miffed customers... were waiting. The place was covered with trash and the oneway (??) system was so badly labelled people didn't know how to queue.Why not give out a number (like every other fast food place) for each order instead of calling out orders by item and beingmisunderstood? The amount of confused bagel conversations was a bit laughable. I misunderstood mine, went up and asked after it,and was told 'you weren't listening' by one of the two girls calling out orders. This is my favorite Timmy's people! The breakfast sandwiches at this location taste better. So good, it makes be want to... yell. If you come please be the kind and cool person who patiently waits to be served. Not, the person who hums and haws. Weget it, you're busy, and waiting in line is frustrating. If someone seems to be taking their time selecting all the goodnessthat is to be had here, just get over it. Or better yet, just be the better person who orders through the app ahead of time andbypasses all us hosers. Read more
If you are looking for employee's that don't take pride in what they do - Bingo! You have arrived at the right Tim's location!... A well seasoned employee prepared, and served me a breakfast sandwich with a chunk of the English muffin cut out, and missing.You would have to be blindfolded not to have notice this. Read more
