Horrible service when it comes to ordering any actual food. In last couple months of going to this going daily they?ve messed up... my order more then half of the time. The lady in the back that makes the sandwich?s will literally make your food and have itsitting there while she makes a couple more orders mean while she can?t even get the first order right. I?ve talked to managerin person and still nothing has changed. If you don?t like your job then go do something else. Prices have raised and servicehas gone gone. Read more

So I went there today as I do most days a woman was trying to order a sausage biscuit and and ice coffee they made it as an... English muffin and she told them it was wrong as was her ice coffee which they gave her an ice capp instead. The issue was aftershe left they kept saying how she ordered a muffin and she was wrong. While standing behind her I heard her ask for the biscuit3 times. When I pointed that out to them the guy working there in a rude tone said "ok buddy." I use to regular here daily Iwon't be back. I have seen them making these mistakes daily. The 10 minutes waits to get coffee when you are 2nd in line arejust mind boggling. Read more
This location was busy but the speed of service was actually quick. The long lineups may seem intimidating but they actually do... a good job of moving people through. We went there at 1 p.m. and got served pretty quickly. Looking at the drive-thru line, thedrive-thru line was long but they were moving cars through pretty quickly. It's just a shame that other Tim Hortons can't adopttheir same strategy Read more
Coffee, tea is great! Donuts are super fresh! Nice staff. One quandry though, when I ask for some napkins, the masked employee... pulls them out of dispenser with his bare hands. Is this sanitary? No. Mask means nothing if bacteria on customer's napkins fromemployee's hands. Please ???? change this. Thank you. Read more
