Hard to find a good coffee these days let alone a clean location without homeless people living and sleeping inside. Coffee was... bad stale donuts. On to the next location in search of a decent coffee. Read more

Worst experience ever! I came to buy an app promo of 7 dollars for a wrap and a tea, they charge me for the combo instead, I?ve... asked for my refund and the lady on the counter was very rude, he treat me as I was stupid and she was rising her voice so allthe customers listen, she makes me feel very bad, and after I move of the counter she started to speak about me, I told her todon?t speak bad about customers because I never had been disrespectful with her so I don?t deserve that kind of attitude. Wasvery awful experience, sadly I live near to this location but I don?t want to come back anymore Read more

Horrible service and bread is super dry and hard. It?s been my second experience with this place they place mobile orders last on... their list. No one in line and I?m still standing waiting for my mobile order. I live 10 minute (walking distance) from thislocation so I place mobile order to arrive and for it to be ready right away. Only item ready was my coffee. No one was insandwich station and all I get in response is ?one second? from an impatient worker named Jaspreet. Rather spend my money OnStarbucks at this moment their service is worth waking up for. Keep in mind I placed my order in advance and still waited 15mins for a breakfast at 7AM when I need to go work. Didn?t even get a sorry for the wait just got the bag almost thrown to me. Read more

I wanted to order an iced capp, so when I did, I was told the words ?no? and then asked for clarification. They said to pull up.... There was one car in front of us. As soon as they left, we got up to the window and they looked confused and didn?t know I hadan order. When they realized I ordered an iced capp, three of them proceeded to make it. It was soupy when handed to me. Whilethis is just one experience, I?ve had many here that have been disappointing. I would also like to specify that this is just thenight staff. Read more

Be prepared that this location is really busy. There is a small parking lot and they are open 24 hours, but you will often wait... for your food or drinks. The staff definitely don?t seem like they are equipped to deal with the amount of traffic that comeinto this location since it is relatively convenient to the subway and street car. Read more

I ordered large cold brew without ice, the lady 1st put ice and gave them I told to change and get it without ice. So she remove... the ice and then gave half the glass cold brew. I asked her why is this half? To which she said, you asked without ice. So itcomes like this without ice. This is so ridiculous, I am ain?t going back to this Tim Hortons again. I paid for cold brew andnot ice, at-least fill the cup a little and give. Worst ever !!!! Went at other tim Hortons which was operated by differentowner, ordered a new one without ice. And I was given a full cup of cold brew. You guys should teach your employees bettercustomer service. Read more

Pretty busy location. Pickings are pretty swim in the evening for à place that is supposed to be open 24 hours. It's not fun... when there is not much food to choose from. The bathroom is also difficult to access. Read more

Convenient location across from the Vaughn Road streetcar stop with a good variety of baked goods. Even though it can get quite... busy (especially in the mornings) don?t get intimidated by the line up as service is fast! Staff are great as well :) Read more
