Sunday team is the worst. Most of the time I just leave without ordering, the guys at the register takes orders and slowly makes... coffees while two ladies at the food area act like it?s their first day and they don?t know what they?re doing. I have 1 extrastar for a fabulous lady who usually works weekdays and recognizes me and remember my order. She?s awesome. Read more

Gone are the days when you receive accurate and efficient service! The employees move slowly - without any care for the long... line-ups every day. Many of the employees are focused on putting cups away instead of assisting with orders. Plus I find itfrustrating to have to repeat my order 3X each time I order in the morning. The chairs are very bad it could have bugs and you can't see tim Hortons logo forom out side of the store because there is no... lights in the logo and the line where you get your order is chaos!! Read more
Because the way the place is set up when its busy you will either get your food or your drink. You will not get both even though... you paid for both unless you are willing to wait in the enormous lines to complain/inquire. It may cost more but just go to thestar bucks Read more
The doughnuts were fresh and I think they make the doughnuts right there at the store and the coffee was great like a Tim... Hortons should taste like the Boston Cream doughnut was superb like I wold expect from a Tim Hortons! Read more
