Zero rating from me, the lady taking my order was so rude and did not even let me finish my order and after every item she was... like anything else.... Let me speak first once I am done I will say that's all... I did not even placed my full order as it wasso frustrating to get interrupted again and again. It's timmies the best coffee ever

Azeba needs better training on how to speak to customers. I had two cups leak on my hand. When I asked for a 3rd cup and lid... she came over and asked why I was getting a new cup. When I told her it was leaking again she said " I don't think so" showingher the coffee all over my fingers I asked if she was calling me a liar and she responded " cups don't leak that much" when Iasked for her name to call the manager she responded " don't worry about my name". Thankfully Jason, the manager, was muchnicer to deal with. I just hope she's fired or is taught how to speak to people properly. Read more

Upon my recent visit to the hospital (morning of Jan 31st) I found myself at the worst Tim Hortons. Not only did this location... not have many baked options to choose from but the staff there were absolutely miserable! I don?t think I have ever seen a TimHortons staff member be as rude as the staff at this location. As I was ordering, the cashier decided to walk away and startmaking another pot of coffee...while I was still ordering. She did not apologize, or say anything upon returning to the cash andI was not in a mood to ask. I repeated my order and was told there is no toaster, no microwave and no ability to heat nor sliceanything. I asked if there was a toaster or microwave in the vicinity which I could have access to and she shrugged hershoulders. Super helpful!! I get my order, which is incomplete (cause she wasn?t paying any attention) and when I ask for thesecond beverage she tells me I need to wait cause I didn?t order it the first time. Being quite frustrated I told her, if shehad listened to my order the first time or even the second time she would?ve heard it but that didn?t phase her in the least. Ifinally got my second drink and left. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Tim Hortons location again! Long queues in lunch hours. Limited variety.

Some reviews here confuse the location with others. this is the one in st. michaels hospital and it has awful awful service.
