Have ordered from this Tims SO many times over the years as I work in the mall currently and have always worked downtown... Toronto. I have had consistently good service however when there is a problem once in awhile, boy is it a pain having to returnand get your correct order. The lady who works in the back making the bagels is so sweet and remembers you, which I appreciate!Sometimes it is hectic due to the location and there are blips in the service, but never a problem with personality or customerservice in that regard. It is just chaotic with orders and given wrong items. A good location with speedy service and niceworkers. Read more

The worst service I have received, 14 people working online, and who are not capable of providing optimal service. The only thing... that demonstrates the poor education that these people have, who do not value their work, if they do not feel that they aredoing a favor by providing a service. Timbits were good, but they didn?t have the jelly filled ones. The location is ideal since it?s in the mall. However, as the... other reviews have stated, this location isn?t very friendly. Read more

Honestly, mobile orders are supposed to be faster, that's the whole point of ordering ahead. And yet I have to wait longer than... standing in line. Very useless tool. I waste half my lunch break just waiting for mobile order. Orders are always wrong. Ormissing.. Just very dissatisfied and disappointed. Read more
