Have ordered from this Tims SO many times over the years as I work in the mall currently and have always worked downtown... Toronto. I have had consistently good service however when there is a problem once in awhile, boy is it a pain having to returnand get your correct order. The lady who works in the back making the bagels is so sweet and remembers you, which I appreciate!Sometimes it is hectic due to the location and there are blips in the service, but never a problem with personality or customerservice in that regard.
