I ordered on the mobile app and came in 5 minutes after. It is important to note that there was a line in-store. I waited by... the mobile pick-up orders and was ignored by the workers working there, although they did steal glances at me. Finally, whenthere was no one in line, they asked me if I placed a mobile order. I said yes, and gave them my name. Then, they gave me theincorrect order. I ordered an iced cappuccino, and they gave me an iced coffee. I let them know and showed my order on the appand they looked irritated. The service I received is astonishing. I've been to other locations with the mobile app. This app isdescribed as an "order ahead app" and I have always received decent service. At this location, they do not care about youronline order. Rude and no respect for customer: Yesterday (Aug 27, 2022), I went to buy a cup of coffee and a classic muffin (app 's deal... $3.0). I request for a large coffee size instead, one of the male employee responded as, "If you don't buy from here, buysomewhere else". I felt like if you were kick out of the store. Got my order totally wrong even though I repeated it and made sure they heard the modifications - which was no easy task. The... cashiers were chatting and not paying attention, I know it can get busy but there were only two other customers in the locationat the time. After arriving home with my takeout I tried to phone the location several times and the calls either went throughto a high pitched shrieking tone, the line was busy, or the call dropped. The only tim hortons where the washroom is always "closed for cleaning ". It's obvious they don't want people using their... washrooms. Head office should know about this. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons. They are so cheap that they charge for a cup of tap water. $0.35. And also, they keep the washrooms out... of order so that they don't have to spend money on cleaning them. Horrible customer service. Read more
So disappointed. I ordered no sugar they added sugar on my tea. And the bagel I can?t eat it at all. It?s too over cooked
I?m gonna just skip past the fact that the place is always understaffed and the order has to be repeated 5 times before they get... it down. But it?s a different story when a cashier calls you to the counter to get your order (for you to repeat it 5 times) andthen just brushes you off in the most disrespectful manner and have another cashier take your order.
