I ordered on the mobile app and came in 5 minutes after. It is important to note that there was a line in-store. I waited by... the mobile pick-up orders and was ignored by the workers working there, although they did steal glances at me. Finally, whenthere was no one in line, they asked me if I placed a mobile order. I said yes, and gave them my name. Then, they gave me theincorrect order. I ordered an iced cappuccino, and they gave me an iced coffee. I let them know and showed my order on the appand they looked irritated. The service I received is astonishing. Got my order totally wrong even though I repeated it and made sure they heard the modifications - which was no easy task. The... cashiers were chatting and not paying attention, I know it can get busy but there were only two other customers in the locationat the time.
