Why is it every Tim Hortons you go to staff DONT leave the waxed paper on their baked goods with icing on top? Do they NOT know... why the waxed paper is used? It's so annoying to pay for something but you get a messy product at the end. Read more

People are nice here but if you are thinking to get hot vanilla latte, please have a microwave handy to heat it up because you... never gonna get hot latte here. It?s warm always but not hot. If you love sugar and cream, check out the Coconut Cream donut,it?s the best here. Read more
What a busy Tim Hortons, the lineup was very long and that did not change the whole time I was there. It was a clean Tim... hortons, one staff was allocated for just cleaning. The service was slow not but given how busy they were I figured it wasjustifiable. The only thing I wish they would assist with is the pan handlers inside the establishment. I offered change to anindividual & the same individual approached me again at cash register and would not accept no. Its disheartening but at thesame time uncomfortable. Read more
Constantly filled with homeless people taking up the limited seating. Lots of high top bar space to eat but of course there are... no stools for those so you get to stand and eat while the homeless sleep in the booths and hog the tables for hours. Read more
This place was awful. Every single table was dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working well so it was quite hot inside.there... was garbage on the floor. the trash is full as well. the staff are polite to you and they get the order ready pretty quick butthey're probably understaffed that's why the place is such a mess. we got orange juice from the freezer, but it wasn't cold atall. would recommend it only if you don't have another choice. Food and service was great, but there was a lot of homeless people inside. So you couldn't sit anywhere.
