Simply atrocious. Very disorganized with extremely long wait times for simple orders.
This is the worst Tim Hortons in multiple ways. There is no one instance that I?m basing this on as I know with any Tim Hortons,... they are base level assumption on the frequency of bad experiences (wrong order, long line, etc). This specific one just seemsto be terrible and have much higher rates of bad experiences. I?ve had wrong order, long time to get order, forgotten orders,rude employees, unorganized line up, general confusion from employees about what happened to an order. This place just seems tobe the worst based on frequency of mistakes. I go to the eaton centre Tim hortons instead even though it?s significantlyfarther. Read more
Long wait time, employees need to be trained well. The attitude of taking an order is ridiculous
Never had the worst service experienced until I met them. They screwed up my orders 4 times while people were still behind me,... waiting to take their order. Staff needs better training URGENTLY. Read more
Purchased a BLT. While eating the BLT I discover a long hair in my sandwich. This is completely ridiculous and unsanitary. Don't... they wear hairnets as food staff? I felt upset immediately. I ate half of the sandwich before discovering the hair. I will neverbuy from them again. Read more
My favourite Tim Hortons on the PATH in Toronto. With the most cheerful staff who serve hundreds of people coming up from King... St Subway every day- these guys remember my order!!! ( & miss me when I am on vacation)!!!! Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars ...I would. The one guy who works their named Saddique Is by far the most unprofessional... worker that i have ever dealt with. He yells at you to give him your order. His weak English and listening skills are so bad..he will take it out on the customer. Let me tell you about my double double dark roast ..well stirred. According to himit's a steep tea and he informed me that that was what I ordered and that's what he heard and he won't take no for an answer. After I corrected him, he spoke rude to me in front of my coworkers and all the people standing. If you call that customerservice then you need a reality check and a new profession. And if this guy is the owner ..well then God help everyone. Istarted going to the Brookfield place tim hortons where the coffee actually tastes better and the workers actually smile. Read more
