Lettuce in my ham & cheddar sandwich was well past its "use before date" which did not ad to flavor, bleh. I hate to do this,... former immigrant myself and because most new immigrants to Canada go trough this, however, young attentive Indian lady who tookmy order had such a heavy accent that I could not understand anything she said and a different person had to take over.Suggestion to the store manager; consider new employees to process the orders at the back end until adjusted and have customerfacing employees with comprehensible English to take orders instead... I was ordering a coffee and the guy at cash walked up after waiting for a while and said ?ya? instead of how may I help you or... what can I get you. If it wasn?t for the construction I would have walked out. Maybe train some of the staff some customerservice. I also had to give one star to post this but I would give no stars. Read more
Okay, hey had nothing but plain bagel, I get it coz I came rlly late at night but when I tasted it, ATE THE WORST BAGEL OF MY... LIFE, I couldn't even swallow it and had to throw it away. The employees had a rlly bad attitude, was avoiding my words, reallyrude and RACIST coz I heard him talking and smiling with other customers that came later. So I said thank you after getting myorder, rolled eyes at me. I asked if they had vegies coz it was late in night and I was just confirmed since they had almostnothing, he said, "You did not pay for it" and was really rude. I mean if you have it and if I decide to order a veggie wrap orsomething, which I eventually did, I would pay for it... like I'm not asking for free stuff. I later asked the other employee tomake a wrap for me and her attitude could be said to be passable, not rlly god or bad. I am somebody who goes to tims everydayand this was by far the worst. Extremely dirty, even by Tim Horton's standards. Everytime I've gone there the place is dirty, no matter how early or slow it... is. Staff has zero care for cleanliness or following even the most basic food handling requirements. I get it, it's a temporaryjob for most of them and they're not serving food and drinks for their loved ones, but there should be some level of respect forthe customers. Read more
Very kind staff, but the my actual food scared me. I got the farmers wrap and I don't know if there was some wrapper forgotten... on something or if the egg was badly overcooked, but it felt like it there was a plastic on it that I couldn't chew through. Wastold to not eat it in case it was a mistake and was melted plastic. The bagel for my SIL and coffees were great though. It was 5AM and pretty busy so I don't fault the worker. They should have more staff if it gets that busy at that time. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons Location the staff is extremely rude after you have paid the staff tells you we don?t have it this has... happened twice now. The staff also need customer service training they can not say hello, thank you, sorry or welcome. 5standing at the counter and joking and laughing but not even 1 could mop the dirty floor? This place is a joke HIGHLY NOTRECOMMENDED place just walk a block west and you can get coffee from another store. Read more
Place is fast paste but don?t expect good customer service here. The employees that work here treat customers like whatever.... They aren?t friendly and I saw a homeless lady ordering and the male employee looked at the girl employee and chuckled whenassisting her, foolishness. Also when I was ordering, the one employee gave me the wrong order so I ask to replace it butinstead of helping me he corrected me wrong and didn?t do anything about it. Read more
