Poor management after a small mixup with our order the staff was trying to help as best as they can "worker bees" then the... manager she came over and did nothing to help us and also was trying to charge us extra for what we always get for no charge atany Tim's locations. She had ZERO people skills a change of management is needed we will not be going Back to this store. Read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Toronto Canada. The manager named Delusha lies to her new employees by making them sign a form... saying they are paying a DEPOSIT of $100 & will be refunded when they uniform is returned . When you return the uniform , theykeep the ?deposit? of $100. Today a manager (don?t know her name) looked me in my face and said they LIED about it being adeposit and that they won?t accept back the uniform I brought in. I asked to see the form that delusha FORCED me to sign & I wasrefused . They kept my paycheque hostage for over a month & ignored ALL of my calls and messages. When I went in to the storetoday, I was disgusted by the way the manager handled the wrong-doings of THEIR company . This is why NOBODY ever stays at theirlocation, they treat the employees like they are dirt. I will never in my life work for such a disgraceful company again. Themanager Delusha also has FORCED staff and employees to keep customers receipts to fill out surveys to boost their ?status? whichis shameful because they have made me fill out surveys and told me to lie on them and say that the service is 10/10. Also INEVER recieved a uniform PANTS from them, only TWO shirts which I have returned professionally had it dry cleaned . They owe meback my money. Read more

People are still in after closing at 10PM drinking, but hours on the door say they're open till 11PM. For a massive chain you'd... think they'd have a bit of consistency in displaying their close times. Read more

Really busy Tim Hortons location during the work day and peak hours on the weekend. Staff is quite friendly and they have a... separate location for the building next to it. Seating is very limited and narrow. Bathroom is very sketchy and would avoidusing it and go to the Eaton Centre mall if you got time. Otherwise, great in and out location near the City Hall when it's nottoo busy. Read more

Door was Open for Their ??BUSINESS?? , But the Lady DENIED access to Washroom. We Requested Them So Many Times to Understandthe Situation ...(R E Q U E ST E D ) But HARSH & JENNY .....-(Not Sure About Ladies Name ..Harsh said her name is Jenny) wereWorking there ???? WERE VERY IGNORANT....??? I am Just Writing this To Make A Request ... To Please Stop Focusing Only ..Onyour BUSINESS to Make Profits...
