The staff at this location are so slow and unorganized. The staff cand handle the Morning coffee ?rush? or maybe 15 people tops,... and they do not pay attention to their mobile orders they make you wait in line and show them the order before they even makeit. I ordered exactly what was on the menu on the mobile app infront of the cashier.l on June 23, 2022 in the morning. I asked for... ?a roasted hazelnut cold brew with espresso cold foam?. Cashier decided to include an extra shot of espresso to a hazelnut coldbrew. I get it, people make mistakes and the masks don?t help either with hearing peoples order. I told them I asked for ahazelnut cold brew with espresso cold foam not a shot of espresso. The guy at the front cashier said next time ask for ahazelnut cold brew. I told him I asked for exactly the words on the menu on their mobile app. I even showed it to him.If I askedfor just a hazelnut cold brew, there would not be any cold foam, I got my new drink made with a slight refund. They still didn?tget my order right. There was no cold foam. It was just a basic iced cold brew! It didn?t even taste anything like hazelnuteither. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect. Note to self, do not order a hazelnut cold brew with espresso cold foamhere cause clearly no one who works there knows what this is. I was given a cracked cup. Didn't think complaining to the unmotivated staff would have made a difference.
I would rate 0 if there?s an option. Very rude customer service (the worst), incompetent cashiers, the waiting line and order... lines are extremely unorganized so there?s no way to hear them call your name or get your food. I waited patiently for a fewminutes for my order and some dude yelled at me asking what?s my name and why I didn?t hear and then threw me the order. He kepton yelling at me while I walked away. Worst tim hortons ever. dont come here in the morning if you want to get to work on time. the cashiers dont know how to operate... the machine, and when something goes wrong, it takes three of them to argue for 10min to understand what went wrong. i literallyhad to ask explicitly to explain what happened and tell me what to do in order to get out of there. super rude about not beingable to do their job. just dont go.
