Excellent service. Donuts were delicious. Coffee was also delicious. Just please fix the womens bathroom! I saw a woman go into... the mans bathroom to use the bathroom. Imagine if I went into the ladies room to use the bathroom. That wouldn't be cool! To me,that means there's something amiss here. Other than that, good Timmies. Read more
Amendment to my previous rating: I ordered the chicken carvables and I paid, that is not what I got!!! The guy who prepared it... had no idea what he was doing to say the least, the guy who took my order had no idea they didn't have the crispy chicken forthe carvables. When I saw my so called carvables sandwich I was confused, it didn't look like what I had ordered and when Iasked what that was, that guy who originally prepared it was completely uninterested and just said its what I ordered when itwas not!!! He need to go since he's not interested in working or doing the job he has properly. To the owner that guy I speakof is the young Indian guy with the mustache. And I'd like to commend the young lady who took care of my order and made me adelicious wrap she's a sweet looking girl and kind. She's ebony petite with a darling smile. No matter what time you go in here you have to wait. A line or no line, mobile pick up or not, the service is so slow. The... managers don?t flex service when there is a line and they throw new staff on often with no training guidance. But after I wrotethis I got the greatest service ever so that?s cool Read more
Very disappointed with the brown guy with glasses and no hat, he made my ham and cheddar sandwich with THE WRONG SAUCE! Placing... my ham pieces on a sandwich wrapper and proceeded to USE THAT SAME WRAPPER FOR MY ORDER I told him out loud to toss that wrapperand demanded a new bag, made my red eye ice cap as an ice coffee I stopped him as soon as I saw him scooping ice in my cup. Very nice staff person served me my iced coffee with espresso added. Washrooms were out of service.
I ordered myself an extra large dark roast double double with a everything bagel and herb and garlic cream cheese. Lastly I... finished it off with a delicious donut. The location was busy but the staff handled it well. Read more
tim hortons service is very bad like i visit 3-4 times. they didnt give full order. today i order steap tea 4/4. but they didnt... put sugar in that and i ordered potato weges with chipottle. when i come home and open the bag there is no chippittle. i thinkthe worker of this tim hortons have to quit the job. and i never visit here again. Prices aren?t accurate, I ordered a regular Chili that on the screen was at 4.99 but in the cashier screen it shows 5.49. I let... them know about this differences but they didn?t respect the price, I told them that they need to update the screen, so peopledon?t pay extra for a product that it supposed to be 4.99.
