This has become the worst Tim Hortons ever. Incredibly slow, they had to ask me after 15 minutes what my order was (they got it... wrong) and then when I did get my takeout order, my BEggLT sandwich had no egg - discovered after I left the franchise. I meanwhat is the point of taking an order and having it repeated to them twice (actually 3 times). I also believe I was overcharged.Total time after entering: 45 minutes. This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons in the downtown core, avoid if you can. It consistently takes at least 10 minutes to... serve drip coffee, no matter how many people are infront of you. Some staff members also seem untrained for customerinteractions. I needed espresso for a tiramisu recipe and couldn't find any late at night, so I decided to get drip coffee here.I asked for a small cup, clarifying that I want no sugar and no creamers. It was a super hot day and my girlfriend was about to faint outside. Went to ask if they had a cup of water and the staff... refused to give me one. I had to beg them until they agreed but not until I paid for the cup. Don?t go here. Read more
This location used to be great. But the last few times have not been very good. Bacon, grilled cheese melt-- cheese not melted... at all--gross (this happened twice). Today, ordered chili, white bun, extra butter. Got back to the office, chili , whole wheatbun, no butter at all. Took me several repeats to get the person on cash to enter the order correctly and then it was screwedup anyway. Read more
