Only one girl do her job right her name is Amanda. Not being racist but most of Indian girls workers in this location is soo... rude, if they don?t wanna work they shouldn?t work, why they show their bad energy to the customers. The contract implementation and effection of customer services is 0 out of 5. I was purposely mis-gendered and when I went to... open my coffee lid on the counter the east-indian servers had caught an attitude with me due to the fact of my trans identity.Take a walk around the block to the other Tim Hortons for better customer service. Are all Tim Hortons this awful? The cashier was rude and dismissive and only spoke to my boyfriend despite me paying. The other... team members asked us three times rudely what we were waiting for but would turn and walk away as soon as we started to answer.When we finally got our food we told them we still needed a hot chocolate at which point the cashier aggressively told us wenever ordered that (instead of a ?oh I didn?t ring that up? or ?I missed that?) really terrible service. Were rude to othercustomers while we were there so guess that?s common practice. Hot Drinks leaked all over our hands. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons Ever! This place never fails to serve up dissapointment. I have never once came here and left with my order... correct or satisfied. They serve food that is completely inedible and rotten. Along with that the employees are completelyincapable of serving a correct order. Order is always an issue or food is rotted. Take a look at the new caprese artistiansandwich. Served up with black rotten lettuce. When I took this back the employee told me that there was not a problem with thisblack rotten lettuce and that it was completely fine to eat. Don't waste your time or money people!!! Read more

I think the staff need to be trained in customer service. The person who took one part of my order then walks away to make the... bagel and didn't even let me explain how I'd like it made. I got a whole other bagel and it wasn't even worth trying to explainthe issue. Listening and serving the customers should be a prerequisite at any job. Maybe I'm asking too much... Read more

Won't be visiting this location again, I try not to leave negative reviews but I waited a long time for black burned croissants.... I was told it was just toasted. I refused the burnt croissant and the bag was rudely snatched back. Bacon eggs and cheese wereslopped into another croissant that was ripped open not cut (with the cheese in the bag not on the croissant) I asked if theother one was burnt too I was told it wasn't. It was! I realised at home. No thank you this location. Read more
