They're messing with the steeped tea here. It's weak or made with tea bags or something, but definitely doesn't taste the same... as it does at other stores. I love the staff here, as in, they're mostly friendly. Great with mobile orders. It is tough withnew staff though, they often mess up my white hot chocolate with regular hot chocolate or put cream instead of milk in my tea.These are issues across the board with Tim Hortons, but tougher when you get used to a certain level of service at a locationyou frequent, and it drops with new staff. I go here because so many times hortons have no parking, but you have options at thegas station. Read more

They burnt my coffee and someone else literally stole my lunch because they dont even check who it belongs to if someone says... that it is their food then they are given it I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make another because someone took myfood. As well, there is a swarm of students at lunch making it literally a mob, there should be some type of person limit inorder for this location to function properly. Horrible customer service. They don?t know how to make an Iced Coffee or a Sausage Biscuit. These are simple tasks with tutorials for their employees and... they mess up every time. Why is the biscuit ingredients not stacked on top of each other? It looks like a mess you just stack 3ingredients on top of each other. Please don?t go here your disappointment is guaranteed. I have had a horrible experience with this Tim Hortons. First, they gave me uncooked chicken sandwich. I complained . They made... a ham and cheddar sandwich which tasted horrible and inside I found that rotten lettuce(please find the pic below). Also mycoffee was supper old and had a burnt taste. I returned the coffee to the manager. Manager said he?s giving me the new coffeewhich was a complete lie. The worse experience I've EVER had and I?m calling the health and safety team to come investigate this matter. I purchased an... iced cap tonight as this Tim hortons is on my way home. Thinking it was going to be okay, because it usually is from here, Itook a good sip. I INSTANTLY SPIT IT OUT! It was the most SOUR iced cap I?ve ever tasted in my life. I instantly got a stomachache. The customer service here is terrible. I had the person who drove me home go back because that?s their area. The ladyhere was very rude, wouldn?t even refund the money that was paid for it! Made another one but when that one was tasted it wasstill the same. Was told to come back tomorrow because they?re closed now? That could make someone very very ill. Zero stars ifI could give.
