Do not order any soup from that Tim Hortons! Thats the second time I ordered chicken soup and they only put pasta on it!
Always so, so slow. Regularly a 10+ min wait for a single coffee. I've never seen more than one cash open regardless of the... lineup. Do not enter if there is a single other customer already waiting inside or you will be trapped forever. Or better yetjust don't enter and get better service at one of the nearby bakeries. I doubt it's their fault directly. They are probablycriminally understaffed and underpaid. Read more

Exhaustingly slow service, staff could not be bothered to being better prepared for the morning rush. The lady making my egg... and cheese english muffin did not know how to make my sandwich. Overall, an extremely poor service experience with not enoughand qualified staff to meet the morning rush hour. Also, no parking for the restaurant. Will never stop by at this locationagain! This is probably the worst Tim hortons i have been to. Dirty, filthy and unhygienic inside and out. Tables aren?t cleaned,... cigarette butts everywhere. Health services should look into it. Read more

most disgusting establishment I've ever been to. their bathroom is a mess. absolutely no hygiene and their hot chocolate and... french vanilla machines have been out of order for months. clearly they do not care about fixing it neither taking it out ofstock on thei mobile ordering app. you'll get yelled at for asking simple questions just because they can. never seen worsecustomer service ever Read more

There?s one worker named Faizan who works during morning shifts in weekdays, and he?s the fastest worker I?ve seen by far in... that area. He finishes up the long line-up in less than a second and he?s very funny, social, and helpful. I even saw himcleaning all tables, chairs, and sofa very firmly and removing every bit of dirt from every corner in the restaurant. Read more

Sipping a pumpkin spice latte that I just got there and honestly it tastes revolting! How can anyone get a latte SO wrong?! I... never liked this branch, it's always sketchy and the staff are the least nice of any Timmy's I've ever been. They have a goodvariety of sweet treats (sometimes) but that's not for me anyway. I ordered vegge cilentro lime bowl and after waiting for good minutes, all I got was crispy chicken. The girl than make chicken... sandwich and than without changing gloves made my sandwich even though its vegge. Moreover salad container was almost empty soshe put leftover in my bowl and give me half filled bowl. Highly disappointed. Please listen carefully and don?t contaminatewhile make veg and non veg.
