about 75% of the time i go there they are out of farmers wraps, bagels, iced drinks, and everything else besides donuts. Keep in... mind that I am usually at this location between the times of 11pm and 4pm. I have absolutely no idea how it is even possiblethat I cannot order virtually anything on the menu most times I am there. DIsgraceful. Read more

Horrible experience every time I order delivery using Tim Hortons app and this is the restaurant delivering. There?s always... either food missing from the order or is made completely wrong. Today there were 4 items in my order and only 2 were delivered.The Tim Hortons app customer service is great but this restaurant is the worst. A plea to Tim Hortons head office to pleaseremove this place from their online delivery list. Read more

Overall, not impressed with this location. Next to nothing in regards to either donuts or muffins Food I got was good, muffins... could have stayed in the oven longer as centers were very mushy. Staff polite but timid. Coffee order was messed up as per thecourse for this location. Please note, myself or a family goes there weekly or more like almost daily. 1 cream means 1 creamnot 5-6 cream making it almost look white. Even in the past when ordering an Ice Cappucino Supreme with carmel does not mean ashot of expresso or anything else you have added when it was not need. Or to give a tablespoon of whip cream because you state"they are so messy to make". Sweetheart, that is your job to give us what we order. Sorry for such a bad review, but pleasework on some of these areas, potential is great but like alot of my friends we are going to other locations in the area to getbetter service. Read more

I feel really terrible for the staff that work here, there are a lot of interesting and demanding customers that take up a lot... of space. There have been times I have felt uneasy at this location and have decided not to go back. Read more
They gave me and order so I opened it to realize it?s the wrong item. Of course I had touched it at this point. Then I said... ?sorry I?ve touched it. I don?t think another customer should eat it. The very rude customer service staff asked why I touchedit. Unbelievable! Why did she not pay attention to her job & asked customers why she touches something to open it up. There is one employee there that drags this whole place down. He moves so slow and like he doesn't care and he really doesn't. I... ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. I got a wrap with half amount of chicken, half amount of egg, bacon, and chipotle mayo. Thefunny thing was that when I was waiting in line some other customers commented that one time they ran out of coffee and they sawthem top up their coffee with steeped tea. I didn't believe it...until I saw my wrap! Haha. Read more
I've gone to this Tim Hortons for a while now, and ever since they updated it I have been very happy with the services. The... workers are always friendly and efficient. I noticed this week that they are offering milk alternatives. So for the last twonice days I've gotten an Icecap. The first with almond milk, and today with oatmilk. Both taste amazing! The oatmilk tastes moresimilar to the original flavour and I like it more than having an icecap with milk instead of cream. The almond milk adds aboost of flavour. Similar to when you add a shot of hazelnut flavour. Over all I really appreciate the non dairy options and howthe workers start orders for people in line who haven't gotten to the till yet. Read more
