Every time that I wanna order half french vanilla and half chocolate, im picking up wrong one . It's just french vanilla or just... hot chocolate, not mix of both . It's the fifth time that they did mistake. How often should I pay for what I don't wanna haveit . Read more
We often go to this place and it?s generally good service.. but when we went today a few mins back the lady (who seemed to be... the manager) was very rude to me when I simply asked her if the sandwiches she was making for us is with biscuits or not (justto confirm it as the messed up our order last time) she shouted at me in front of everyone in the store saying- this is sausagen biscuits!! It was very awkward for me and I left quietly, but whoever Is the owner should look into this kind of behaviour. Iunderstand it was a rush hour and they were probably very busy, but when someone asks them nicely something they should trytheir best to be a little more polite. You don?t know what someone is going through that day. Read more

This Tim Hortons has no customer service. Very rude and doesn't understand what you order. I went through drive through asking... for 2 whole grain bagels, half a dozen donuts, and a drink. However, when I went to pick up my order, only one bagel was given.She spoke very rudely when taking the order. This is not the first time they mess up my order. I don't have a good experiencewith this location at all. Read more

Lately, everything got much better than usual but the unusual is there is no free WIFI and I almost everyday order by mobile and... then take it up, they don't start preparing my order until I come and ask about it. That's getting me to prefer any otherrestaurant. Hopefully, you'll take this review seriously and solve it. Read more

I found out that this Timz branch was just recently renovated, so it was clean, & eye pleasing. I came in the morning, & it's... buzzling with the line up of customers, but the crew were all effective and notice a good chain of teamwork, so I was serve in atimely manner. The lunch sandwich I ordered is well prepared fresh, lettuce & tomato that is with the generous portion of turkey& bacon. Coffee was okey. ?So, the crew overall then are just great & amazing, & hopefully they takes pride in their work, andhope that the franchisee, would pay them more. I'll be coming back. Read more

It's the neighborhood Tim's. Limited seating, barely clean washrooms, and inconsistent service. The last time I came here, I... opted for the drive through. Dirty and neglected. The wheelchair entrance button is broken and that reflects the overall feel of the place.
All the staff here are so lovely! I think this is the cleanest Tims I have ever been to - one staff member was non-stop cleaning... the tables after each use and garbage wasn't overflowing like other stores. Their Smores donut was amazing along with thecroissants, bagels, and cinnamon rolls - everything was so fresh! Read more
