Fast and easy. Guilty of being lazy to cook breakfast!

Just Went to the Tim hortons @1:28pm on 2619 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4P 2J1. Ordered 2 large chicken noodle soups, and a roast... beef sandwich. The man prepped my food and put one soup stacking on the other into the bag for me. When I got back to hospitalto eat, the bottom soup had spilled all over my middle compartment of my car, the top soup damaged the bottom one, you can seethe red marks around the lid which came from the soup sitting on top of it!!! What a disappointing experience and a waste of mymoney!! Who can you complain to so this doesn?t happen to anyone else? I?ve been eating here almost every day and order the samething everytime. 2 soups. This is the first time they stacked my soup like this, just to save a paper bag???? I will probablyhave to detail my car now and hope soup never got through down Into my clutch/transmission box! Read more

They are the worst and do not know how to treat the client well. It's a shame they are doing bad advertising for Tim Horton

The staff are very friendly and the coffee is a good standard for tims. But they only have sweet food items and I frequently... wait in line for up to 20 minutes. They need to streamline their process and maybe hire another staff member for the mornings. Ioften walk away because the line is up the hallway. Update: their latte machine has been broken for AGES but instead of puttingup an obvious sign, they let us wait for 10 minutes in line before telling us at the front. Absolutely to individual thinking atthat place. I've stopped going. Read more

Tim's was amazing when it had an array of doughnuts, pies and pastries. They used to have the best coffee and nicest staff, now... all of that has changed. I have 2 Tim's in walking distance and honestly I don't go to either. The coffee doesn't taste like itdid and the doughnuts have gotten smaller and less variety, the staff are uninspired don't seem to care. Tim's being a Canadianicon makes me really want to support but being a Canadian icon is not enough to earn my hard earned Canadian dollar. I know theyare trying to compete in a market mesmerized by a green giant and the gleaming light of the almighty 'm', but just a few changescould make a big difference. Start with figuring out the bag sticking to my Boston cream topping...for the love of doughnutsit's a simple fix, call me. Read more

Warm welcome with impeccable service. Staff were so humble. And the presentation of baked goods were so nice I ended up buying... because of it. Though it doesn't have a drive through I would go here just for the vibe of staff and store. Read more

This place is a god send, when you?re tired and hungry and need some comfort food/drinks. Being in a place where so many are... hurting, you?d think they would cater to the people there. They have some of the basics, and it closes at 5pm daily and remainsclosed Saturday and Sunday! The hospital is open 24hrs! Should this Tims not be open late and 7 days a week? I am not impressedwith the hours. The staff is pretty friendly but always in a hurry, like every other Tims. Their cookies and Tim bits aren?t thefreshest nor is the tea hot. Sometimes i get cold tea and it?s too far to walk back to let them know... it can definitely dobetter. And open longer to service the hospital patrons who are there past 5 pm. Read more
