Every time I've been to this location, they have messed up my order. I try my hardest to give them a chance but they are just... plain horrible. They are so rude to me, they make me feel like the stupidest person in thr world. They mess up evesytine and getupset with me for asking things to get re Made. Amd when they remake it, they make it even worse, on purpose. I once over a yearago stoof up foe one fo their employees because they were getting harassed and they still treat me in horrible nasty ways. I'venever been treated worse. The workers were very disrespectful and the store ran out of litearlly everything. My friend bought a blt and they gave her a... bagel for the price of a blt (which bagel is cheaper) because they ran out of BUNS! They also run out of Ice Caps (the mostpopular drink). And they ran out of wedges! And the enivroment was very dirty. This one lady there is rude as hell. FIX IT!!(SHE ALSO THREW MY FOOD AT ME AND YELLED YOUR WELCOME). Read more

There is a severe lack of customer service at this tim horton's. I'm... SO GLAD I honestly entered to check out thehorrifying reviews of this establishment. Absolutely everything that is said about this Tim Hortons is true. It's shocking how little empathy and attention they show for people. Yes, people have things to do in the morning, and we employees have our own obligations, but once you arrive at work and put on your work clothes, you need to concentrate and complete your tasks as expected. When a customer is speaking about the orders they have placed, pay attention,Because if you do something they asked you not to, they might get sickor worse, pass away because you didn't listen. Update: Staff is polite and fast, but the entire restaurant smells like a bowel movement with a bit of soap on top. Time for a... deep clean then 5 star. Update: Fixed! Staff are polite and know what they are doing now! Cautious 4-star but happy! I wish I could attach a photo of the curled up rotten milk/cream at the bottom of my cold brew, after waiting 15 minutes for a... wrap when the store was dead. Used to love this location. Gonna take the time to go elsewhere from now on. Disgusting Read more

Update to the original comment I posted below. It's even worse than I remembered. What an absolute dump. Original post: This... location is absolutely filthy. The doors handles are disgusting. The bathroom is disgusting. They don't even properly clean outtheir coffee pots between uses, they just quickly rinse it out. Meaning there is coffee soot that burns into the pot over andover and over, and "fresh" coffee tastes like garbage the second it's made. It's literally like having a bit of spoiled milk ina pitcher and topping it up with fresh milk - guess what, the rotten milk ruins the fresh milk! Same with the coffee pots atthis location. Read more
