It would be crazy to leave a review about Tim Hortons!! Only things I feel is that Tim Hortons Dubai had a great and cravable... selection of donuts while all the outlets in Canada that I have been to had almost no selection of Donuts to offer. Theirmuffins and apple fritters are great though. I am not of fan of store coffee so no opinion about the coffee here. Wraps andburgers are okay but not so great. Read more

Slow inattentive apathetic staff, way too much priority put on online orders and the kiosks there never work. Ever. I waited 20... minutes for a sandwich, coffee and potato wedges... I tried to ask for a French Vanilla for a coworker and the staff there saidthey don't know what that is and probably don't have it with a straight face like they didn't know Tim's does french vanilla forages. They also have a habit of giving me medium coffees when I paid for a large. I'd like to go back some day with the hopesthat these things will be addressed promptly and I can write a better review. The worst Tim?s I have ever been too. Garbage inside and outside always overflowing, constantly mixing up orders, average wait... time is 25 minutes for food no matter how simple the order (a doughnut will take as long as a sandwich). I keep wanting to givethis place the benefit of the doubt but i can?t anymore. They are always understaffed. Read more

This is, quite literally, the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life. I have lived near this place for 2 years, and... though it should be my primary Tim Hortons, I actively avoid it because it is so terrible. The staff are not trained, mess upalmost every order I've ever done here, are unaware of even the most basic items offered at Tim Hortons, and this place isALWAYS out of any item you could possibly want. Don't attempt to get soup, cold brew, or any specialty donut. This place canonly serve you coffee, maybe, and they will still probably mess it up. I cannot recommend to people to stay clear of this placeenough. Read more

Not the best Tims. I've been several times in the last few weeks and my order has been wrong or ruined more than once. I asked... for one oat milk and got a huge amount that ruined the drink. On my most recent visit I got given completely the wrong breakfastsandwich. It also seems like a lot of wasted space where there could be additional seating. Read more

I've never seen a Tim Hortons so dirty, look at their bathroom. When I showed the pictures to the manager in service, Sherleen,... not only she did not apologies but she told me it was normal as she has a line up. She finally sent someone to clean it and heremployee was rude to me as if I was demanding something not normal ! Oh well ... Read more

The is most terrible Tim Hortons in Toronto downtown. All staff should be immediately fired or they should get rigorous training... for customer service. I have visited 5-6 times and every time the situation is terrible. But today was totally hilarious, therewas a eyebrow hair in my 12 grain bagel. (See attached photos). Basically, there food and coffee is always pathetic and staff?sbehaviour is unreal. I?m not going at this location ever. I would rather go to other Tim Hortons which is nearby on Fort York. Avoid this Tim Horton's if you can, maybe even try the gas station down the road. The manager (who we think is the manager) and... improper maintenance of the technology at this location made for a horrible experience. Note: We only did takeout of food andbeverages. The manager did not believe anyone when we talked about our order being incomplete or late. The employee managingthe delivery/counter tried to help us and picked up on the printed receipt that our beverages were not complete. The employeealso got continuously denied by the manager stating that we were missing beverages. The manager refused to believe us, thecustomers, and asked 3 times after to clarify. The receipts also clearly indicated our beverage orders but still the managerasked us what to take in our coffee. Additionally, the technology of the ordering system was broken. One did not have a workingtap/payment. The other machine also did not send any beverage orders to the ordering management system in the back. The managertold us that they didn't receive any orders, while the helpful employee referenced the receipt to help us coursecorrect. Rating is based on great employees, great service from the food and beverage team. Food is consistent like other TimHortons which is good. Unfortunate, horrible service and turnaround speed. Horrible manager and absolute poor customer servicefrom the manager as well. Also, there were no disinfecting process of the self-order kiosks either or monitoring the customerlimit of the restaurant. Read more
