Some of the staff is friendly, and the coffee and food is good. However, on some mornings there are two ladies who work there... who are very rude. They ALWAYS get my coffee order wrong, and never call it out, so I wait for 5-7 minutes when it's alreadyready. This happens when they are not even busy. Overall, very poor customer service which is very disappointing because theiriced lattes and some sandwiches are actually decent when made right. Read more
Worst costumer service ever. I ordered from the app and it wasn't delivered, but when I contacted them they told me over an over... again that I didn't order from that location even though I had the confirmation email. When I confronted them with thatinformation they magically found the order. Mistakes happen and an I understand that an order can be mishandled but I hateliars. Read more
Insane they would think it's acceptable to serve this burnt bagel
The staff at this location is without a doubt the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune of having to... deal with. Unlucky for me, it?s a two minute walk from my house, so I do keep going back, although every experience has beenterrible. My typical order is a BLT on a bagel. Oftentimes, they don?t add the bacon. Like, how. There?s 3 ingredients in this.How can you mess that up. I recently ordered a BLT and the cashier asked me if I wanted sausage or bacon. I thought speaks tothe skill level of the staff at this location. I frequently order for mobile pickup because dealing with the staff a nightmare,but typically about half the order is missing on pickup. There?s literally nothing you can do to avoid a terrible experience atthis location. Except go to another one. Read more
I ordered - Medium steep tea - 4 Cheese Bagel with bacon and garlic cream cheese - Farmers Wrap through Tims app. I needed the... tea only but had to order otger stuff to get it delivered. The order arrived in 30 minutes as advised while I delivered. It waspacked well and the temprature was good. Will definitely order from them later. Read more
I had ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich and a French Vanilla. Both of them pretty good, the staff was good too. The place was well... kept and was pretty spacious, and didn't have to wait much long to get my order. Read more
Just your regular old local Tim Hortons. This is a newer looking location then some. Staff was very nice and we're wearing masks... because of the global pandemic. There is lots of open space and there are directional and six foot signs to help assist properdistance when in the store. There is no Gap to enter it is a flat surface space to get in the doors with the button foraccessible opening doors. Read more
The morning people are a hit or miss. They can be really slow sometimes and 7 out of 10 will go back to make my coffee redone.... Writing this today because its the first time the coffee they gave me made me want to vomit. Yes, it went down the drain when Iarrived at work, and I usually say I have a strong stomach but that was too much. hence, the 1 star as I dont know what theygave me. Read more
