Drink tasted great but was too cold. Asked for lesser ice but got more than half cup of ice.
I waited for about ten minutes and not one person asked me my order. I saw about 3 people serving but 2 of them looked like they... were auditioning for store manequins and the one person was running around with a deer in the headlights look on their face. Read more
The mall opens at 11 but Tim Hortons has been open at 10 AM. It?s mandatory to wear a mask at least for some people. Lineups can... be very long but move quickly. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Anytime I?m waiting for my order and it?s taking longer thestaff gives me a muffin or an extra treat on the house. I?m very grateful. Some staff members actually go to the extent ofdelivering food to me since I?m always on the go. The Tim Biebs was the best thing that ever happened to Tim Hortans and thatwas my favourite treats. Justin Bieber merch was pricey but a big collaboration with Justin Bieber himself. The next great thingthat happened is the new spicy wraps and the peach refresher drink it?s so good and it taste like real peaches. Also the pointsrewards card is really wonderful and it?s the next step into bringing people to come back and continue to do great customerservice. No complaints. Read more
Terrible customer service. The staff is not attentive enough to the orders being placed. Once they get to know they have jumbled... the orders, they tend to succumb to the pressure and literally stop working. Considering the store is inside a mall, it'sevident that the store has to have a continuous flow of heavy traffic but the staff and management is clearly not equipped todeal with the task. Read more
Placed a mobile order for two steeped teas. And even though the order was accepted and handed over quickly by Seeta. One ended... up being a coffee. Sadly as i do not drink coffee i had to walk back to the store, and the crew replaced my drink upon hearingwhat happened. Read more

Super bad service. We had to wait 20 mins for a bagel and a small coffee. I told them about it and the worker yelled at us.... Garbage service. Read more
