I have been a regular customer at the 1090 Bloor Street West location for many years. I placed an order through the mobile app... and went to pick it up at 6:21am, it wasnt ready. I asked the employee and she told me that i didnt confirm the payment thendemanded that i show the receipt. After i showed her that the order was placed at 6:12am and had the ready for pick up at 6:17she told me to wait. I was upset and requested her to simply make the coffee she snapped at me. I told her that the order notbeing fulfilled wasnt my problem her response was "its not my problem either" she made the coffee and slammed it on the counter.This employee has been consistiently rude to other customers on a regular basis since ive started going there. Asked for 1 modification I usually get in my ice cap and got the worst ice cap I?ve ever drank in my life?literally watched the... guy forget cream. Clearly incompetent when asked an additional task. I would never go to this Tim Hortons again even if I wasstarving and it was the only thing open. Total waste of money. Read more
You have 7 people behind the counter but only one taking orders. Then they're skipping people and making the wrong orders. The... attitude here is horrible. They're very rude to customers. Just watched them insult an older lady when they're the ones who madeher order wrong.ba horrible way to start the morning. I recommend going to A&W across the street. The cashier was very rude to me and was exasperated when speaking to me. I ordered a chilli and she told me very rudely that... they did not have any. How was I supposed to know that? The sandwich the worker made for me was incomplete and burnt. I ordereda turkey bacon club sandwich and it came without lettuce and bacon. Perhaps it was the end of their shift and they had a longday but I did not enjoy the food or service this Tim Hortons provided. Read more

The staff here is really great, they gave me a tea instead of a coffee, i came back 3hours later to complain. They switched the... drink without any hesitation and even gave me a free doughnut for the inconvenience. Great Service !!! Read more

Has good service. They won't argue or be defensive with you when something wrong was done will jist make u a new one. Bit i... would say even if ppl r nice they overall like many other tims they need to realize attention to detail a little bit more likenot just handing u out the jam and peanut butter on the side if u want in in ur bagel its just one knife swipe for them but fora person on the go is impossible and very discouraging to ever come back ever again for a bagel if service is not part of it nincluded. Also not every body who can only wants whole wheat can eat seeds multigrain. Allot of ppl can see all the seeds onthere n have allergies too so please offer whole wheat bagels without seeds Read more
