It's almost certain that they're going to screw something up on your order, if you're in the drive through. It doesn't even have... to be busy; this morning I was the only car in the drive through when I pulled up. Maybe they'll give you the wrong bagel, likethe they did to me this morning. Maybe they'll just give you the wrong doughnut, or add stuff to your coffee that you didn'torder; like just about every other time I've been there. Regardless of what you order, what you get is a surprise every time. Sofun! Still planning a visit? Better bring some spare change for the panhandlers standing beside the front of the building,asking cars waiting in the drive through for money. They're almost always there. Oh, and be careful navigating that tight turnwhen exiting the drive through. The curb is over a foot high, and covered in battle scars from people who failed to notice it. Read more
This is the worst Tim's to go to. The food is never good, the service is super slow, I waited 20 min for a bagel and they even... forgot my order. Need to change this entire store up! I'll never come back here again. Read more
The worst Timmies I've ever been in. Fruit Flies, wasps and regular flies constantly buzzing around. One staff member screams... as a way of communicating. Every table was empty and dirty when I arrived. Floor has garbage on it. Terrified to even look atwashroom so I'll just pee myself instead of potentially catching something. Chilli wasn't too bad. Didn?t have what I wanted at night and told me to contact Tim Hortons office and get money back there. I did and the office told... me they instructed the location to give me my money back. I had to waste time and gas. Quite annoying. Read more
We went into the location coming in from Porter Airlines, we had been in heavy traffic with a young 4 year old that was tired... and a little cranky and we were serviced immediately; the young lady behind the Counter on Aug 24th around 6:30pm was amazing.She took our order while taking a drive thru order at the same time; getting the donuts and croissant and the drinks goteverything right. She did it with a smile while helping what seemed like a new employee. The bagel was up and ready quickly. Iwas so impressed I complimented her more than once on her skill. I went inside to order some begol and coffee. Three empty register no one working 5 person busy with drive through, waiting 20... minutes then asked one , can you serve me, Answer no, we are busy, wait longer or go somewhere, I was waiting 30 minutes toreplace my order then another 15 minutes to get my order. I never see that kind of behavior my entire life. Read more

Tha worst service I Canada...I am saying this proof...I have been a customer since 2009, almost every day!!!!! I have seen... customers coming back for wrong order to complain every day more than... employees talk too much specially morning shift nonestone screaming laughing...you sit down 10 minutes, your clothes smell bc there is no enough ventilation...a lot I hope one Iwill have a choice never to go, I am going bc no choice bc the other Tim Horton at Jane and alliance is the worst...one of theproof is workers start and leave with weeks or months bc there are specific workers control the environment of the work, thechoice where to work and they are rude...I am not saying all this with out proof,.employee do not handle...and they quit....
