Came for breakfast, staff were efficient and welcoming, washrooms were clean.
Early morning. they'd just opened. Stood at the counter for five full minutes while the one server chatted with some guy. Then... she was rude to me about my order. I will give her credit for not throwing the coffee at me, and not swearing at me. So Isuppose she met Tim Horton's current standards. I'll post this anyway. Time to find an alternative to Tim's. They're justanother foreign company racing for the lowest common denominator. Read more
The staff at this Tim Horton's branch gave away my food that I had ordered online to someone else. When I asked what had... happened to it they claimed somebody had picked it up already. It took a lot of effort for me to get them to re-make my food.The customer service was just horrible. However, I go to this Tim's location a lot and this is the only bad experience I've had. Small but busy location that gets a regular stream of pedestrian traffic. Not surprising given the neighborhood and the nearby... TTC station. Selection seems to always be decent despite the flow of traffic through. Service has always been friendly and fast,which is a plus when you're in a rush. Read more
