This is one of the single most disgusting places in the food industry. These washrooms look like they have never been cleaned.... From explosive diarrhea remnants to a grey film coating on the sink. If this is what their washrooms look like than what doestheir kitchen look like? Read more
This location does not even deserve a star , the person on drive who is also preparing the "wedges ", her behaviour sucks. The... cashier who took my order was a younger staff and she was very polite, however the other lady and her supervisor or manager thatcame out to refund my change for part of the meal without me asking for a refund are very unprofessional. All I wanted wasfresh wedges and I was willing to wait, those two have Bad behaviour both needs training. I was very hungry but was not willingeat their food with that total disrespect, shouting at me and refunding my money without me asking was tasteless, thereforeinstead of take the wedges refund, I gave the entire order back and went elsewhere. So, I just went on the drive tru and this is been happening a lot! I asked for a sesame bagel, with bacon, egg and cheese, to... eat now(morning) they gave me a complete different order. A sesame bagel, with sause, meat and chesse. I have been sodisapponted with this Tim's, I have giving them a lot of opportunits, because maybe it was from a different order and they justhappen to put on mine.. or maybe they just did a mistake.. But honestly I'm tired of wasting my money for something to eat andI can't enjoy it. I'm not going back there again.. that's enough. . Read more

Never going back here again! If I could rate it lower than 1 I would. Drive thru staff (morning shifts) needs a lot of... improvement, once I get to the speaker I always greet "good morning, how are you?" Never get the courtesy returned, they alwayssloppily make my order, and quite often give me the wrong order. Today was the final straw for me as I said to myself "I'll givethem one last chance since it's on the way home".....yea I regret it. Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwhich for the "Any sizecoffee + classic breakfast sandwhich" and thus is what I got..Sandwhich tossed together, no egg the English muffin barely hadany butter on it, at least they got my sub cheddar part right? I have only tried visited the drive thru at this location. Happy to see the large parking lot here. There drive thru has double... ordering lanes. Sadly, there is no outdoor garbage/recycling containers provided and people have littered the ground in TimHortons cups. There are two benches to sit on outside when the weather is nice. I found the drive thru to be quick and friendly. Read more
