This is very convenient right at the entrance of the mall. Nice to grab a hot cup of coffee in this winter weather. Seems always... busy. People come and go. Service is fast. There are bar chairs to sit. Parking is a lot. Accessible by bus too. Read more

There is a extremely rude and unprofessional manager . He has very rude attitude and making fun of costumer and their accent.... Extremely poor costumer service. They don?t even deserve one star. They keep washroom closed purposely and dont let people touse the washroom. Read more

I am very disappointed, I?ve been a customer of this tim hortons for over a decade, and they now got brand new staff that are... poorly trained. The cashier tried to charge me $12 for a muffin and French vanilla and when I told her i got wrongfully chargedshe said I was wrong, I asked for her supervisor and I did end up getting overcharged but her customer service was terrible. Shewas rude and told me to be nice, I?m a 60 year old woman this is disrespectful. the new staff need more training and need tolearn hospitality. This happened today March 18th at 7:30pm. Read more
