The worst location ever, they keep giving me something that I had never ordered. Every time I go to grab coffee there is... something to be upset about. I asked for chai tea and I don?t know what they gave me.
Went with my brother to get coffee and asked for a cup of water which I paid for. I think the attendant didn?t see that I was... standing at the corner where she made our drinks, she literally spilled old coffee/cream from a used cup, and put water in it togive it to me. I caught her and said I want a new one and she instantly went like oh.. sure. I wonder how many people she didthis with? Read more
This Tim Hortons location gets pretty packed during lunch hours (11:35am through to 12:25pm). Besides that the Staff majority... of the time know what they're doing and rarely do mess up your order. There will be some cases where they will have a shortageand you cannot get exactly what you wanted but for good Customer Service and good sandwiches, I'd give it a 4 star. Read more
They were extremely slow moving and unorganized. I order two chicken mini wraps to go, the only food I was going to have for a... while. I only noticed after when I was already on the subway to work that the chicken was so dried out it was basically chickenchips or jerky. Never had such a bad experience with Tim Hortons chicken before. Read more
This place looks nice after the renovation. It is medium size and have some sitting space by the window facing Yonge and a few... tables to sit with friends. On a down side, this location don't have lactos free milk :( It also gets crowded in the pickhours. Read more
