The staff here are awesome and a lot of them know me by name... and get my coffee ready when they see me walk through the door which makes me feel great. The worst location ever, they keep giving me something that I had never ordered. Every time I go to grab coffee there is... something to be upset about. I asked for chai tea and I don?t know what they gave me.
Went with my brother to get coffee and asked for a cup of water which I paid for. I think the attendant didn?t see that I was... standing at the corner where she made our drinks, she literally spilled old coffee/cream from a used cup, and put water in it togive it to me.
