This location is VERY busy most of the time so if I'm short on time I'll try a different location. One thing they do have is an... outdoor sitting area as well as a large area on the second floor to sit and visit with friends. The staff are always cheerful, friendly and most accommodating!! ???? I've had a lot of bad experiences at this location. - Moody front cash staff - Orders missing items or made incorrectly. -... Paying for a meal - waiting over 10mins then informed they don't have what I ordered. This has happened over 6 times!!! - Slowrefund process (they always try to offer me donuts...muffins or cookies as substitutes instead of doing the refund)....eventually they do the refund, but it takes forever and has made late for work a few times. I've read that people in the areahave had similar complaints. Tim Hortons doesn't care lol. . Save your time with the copy and paste response. It won't win backmy business. ***** Just want to edit and say THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY. TWO DAYS IN A ROW. MISSING ITEMS. Donewith supporting this corporation! Read more

Cute location, but the employee who often works the front cash during weekday mornings is incredibly rude to my son. It doesn't... matter how kind and polite he is to her, she always seems to be grumpy. There have been two occasions where he has paid for hisorder, waited close to 20mins, then told that they can't make it. When he asked for a refund, he was told to choose muffins ordonuts instead. My son didn't want $9 worth of muffins and donuts because he's diabetic, so he waited for a refund. The refundtook another 5-7mins and he was late for work. My son has been over charged multiple different prices when ordering the exactsame order each day. Often times, his order will also be missing items. He has a learning disability and was unaware that he wasbeing overcharged for weeks. The one time my son brought his order back, he explained that it was missing items and the managerlaughed at him along side with her employee. Going to Tim Hortons is his morning routine before he goes to work. He has beengoing to this location every day for the past year. He never had any problems until this new employee started working a fewmonths ago. It has got to the point where he doesn't feel comfortable coming here because it gives him so much anxiety. Henever knows if he's going to be over charged, have an incorrect order or treated like garbage by your staff. This behaviour bystaff and management is unprofessional and unacceptable. I do want to add that the staff who work on Sundays are very kind andprofessional towards him. Edit*** I have contacted head office 4 times since August (two months ago). Nothing has beendone. Because of the lack of concern and terrible treatment, my son and I have not stepped foot inside a Tim Hortons since. Wewill continue to not support this awful company. There are plenty of great independent coffee places to support in the area. Read more

I don't think i will order again there. It is been over 1hr we ordered until now we are still waiting and it keelps adding the... minutes but before we ordered, it was supposed to be 10 - 20 mins. Now we are here waiting not knowing when we will get them orit is better we get them somewhere. Service is 0 Update ... After they saw this message, agent from Uber contacted me and saidto give them 1 -2 to look they are coming back to me . When i am waiting , i got a message saying " the order is been cancel andno charged, refund the money. I can place other order. I placed the order before 2pm and now 3.15pm, 1h30 waiting then theorder is cancelled and have your money back?! Do we order because we care about the money or is it because we want fast and theeasy way for us ? They wasted our time we have been waiting and also we have to order somewhere again. Please don't wastepeople's time, it is not always about "Money" Read more

You guys really charge 10 cents for a cup of water??? Unbelievable! I today I made my stop during my run to just have some water... and I?m seriously getting charged for a cup! I come here all the time and this is the first. Is this a nationwide policy or justyour store? Read more

This is a great location, however the small size of the store severely limits the usually broad selection of products offered in... a typical Tim Hortons store. In addition, staying in-store to enjoy your coffee is not an option as there is currently only onesmall table available for guests. Fortunately, there is an outdoor patio available that has a few tables, if the weathercooperates. Read more
