I've had a lot of bad experiences at this location. - Moody front cash staff - Orders missing items or made incorrectly. -... Paying for a meal - waiting over 10mins then informed they don't have what I ordered. This has happened over 6 times!!! - Slowrefund process (they always try to offer me donuts...muffins or cookies as substitutes instead of doing the refund)....eventually they do the refund, but it takes forever and has made late for work a few times. I've read that people in the areahave had similar complaints. Tim Hortons doesn't care lol. . Save your time with the copy and paste response.
