I tried my best to give the workers here the benefit of the doubt however I can no longer hold it in. The inconsistency and... incapableness of the entire staff here is mind boggling. Nothing worse than seeing 6 people working and there is no structure.The line is all around the store and they fail to get their guests order done in time. I truly hate this specific Tim Hortons. I can't count the number of times they've gotten my order wrong. It's gotten to the... point where I don't even know how I like my coffee any more because I rarely actually get what I order from them. one coffeegets sugar, another tastes like butter, and sometimes, they just don't get my order, and try to gaslight me into thinking Iordered from the wrong place. I'll have to show them my phone, which by the way I ordered on for convenience, and they'll callsomeone over who will then ALSO ask me if I ordered correctly. These people get stuff wrong so often, I find it pretty ballsyto be asking anyone else if they have their order correct. I don't even LIKE Time Hortons, it's NOT GOOD COFFEE, but if I'mgoing to order bad coffee for convenience sake, please make it bad in the way that I ask?? my order isn't complicated, it's 1cream, 3 sweetner. how difficult is that? please stop serving me butter! I asked for extra lettuce on my ham & cheese club. This is deplorable. My drink should be a large. I took a sip and was confused... as to why I had to tilt my cup so much. And what a way to start 2020. I'm disappointed to have spent money on this. The onlythings they didnt mess up were those they couldn't. That being two timbits and a bottle of OJ for a 3 year old. It's a Tim Hortons has exactly what you expect. Staff are quite nice considering how badly people and the company treat them.
