This place is overcrowded in the mornings so be mindful. Even when placing basic mobile orders can take upwards of 20 mins. The... receipts get piled up on the floor and is disorganized. I placed a mobile order for breakfast sandwich and stood for 20 mins andnever received it. I came back after 1 hour and it was still not there, maybe someone else took it instead. I told one of theservers and they were kind enough to make me a new one after I showed the receipt on my phone. Read more
This arguably may be the worst Tim's I've been to. Literally across the street there is another and it is like walking in to an... entirely different place. At this location, however, you have the added benefit of watching your hair grow while waiting 20actual minutes for a basic order. Read more
Service has been slow at this place always. The coffee always taste weird once in a while. Cherry on the cake saw one of their... employee (pauline) was scratching her self and then used that same ungloved hand to give me my cookie. Waited 30 mins for a bagel and asked three times was the bagel ready. Told me that they were looking to tell me that the bagel... is out of stock! I stood in front of the desk for 30 mins but they said they are looking for me. No substitute offered. WorstTims experience ever!
