The place needs cleaning up. Tables were dirty. Crew was busy chit chatting. Instead of cleaning.

Never seen a worse tims then this one. Door is broken so they have wood on it by 5pm they have no donuts cookies at all left.... The hot Chocolate was so nasty it didn't even have a taste to it. Read more

* incorrect prices: the price on the menu board (4.99) does not match the price at the cash register (5.19). any cashier on... shift couldn?t explain the difference between. although at first they tried to write off 20 cents for tax. compensation forthese 20 cents was also not offered. of course, if the network is not customer-oriented, then there is no need - I still can?tunderstand the mission of the company. * the roll in the picture is different from what it is in reality: do you need to stuffthe middle with dry pita bread? i don?t think so * always always (!!) dirty tables and chairs. * 1 self-service kiosk is notworking. * iced cupp is made just like that staff wants, it is not at all similar to the picture on the menu. disappointed withthe visit as much as possible. I didn't have time to have lunch at home, so I wanted to complete this mission with your companyby paying for this service. and the feeling after that, as if I demanded food for free. Went to this location in the morning an hour after they opened and they didn?t have food ready. Tried again for lunch and they... told me they could not make food because of limited staff. Read more

I order online ahead on the app every time and it?s NEVER ready. I have to wait 15 mins minimum EACH TIME. Such a waste these... people are so rude. Read more

Play Store mobile order online on the app. The order never went through and then it also took an additional hour and 15 minutes... to get any of the stuff to buy the order or even to reach tech. Once the order was finally found and I got home I was missingmore than half of my items. I phoned this location back to receive a refund and skeptically after a long blank silent pause, theperson who answered the phone then informed me that I have to come back all the way there! AFTER already going througheverything that I have! Not even RECEIVING the food that I just spent $34 on; with the receipt. Then go and talk to a managerto see if I can be refunded my money... ????????????????????????? For such a large franchise that has been established thislong and has a reputation to uphold I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the lack of integrity this Tim Hortonsdoesn't bother to uphold. It was my first Tim Hortons experience, Where do I start? hmmmm... The place was very dirty. The food was served cold and half... microwaved. The coffee was simply terrible. Luckily, I tried a different branch later on and realised that this particular oneis below average. Read more

A warning in advance for anyone who chooses to spend the $1 extra fee for bacon, the staff literally pick through the tub of... bacon to give you the most measly two strips of bacon.
