What terrible service. I walked in, waited in line, the woman ahead of me told someone else to order, so my fault, I assumed she... already ordered. When next in line was called, the cashier looked at me, so I assumed it was my turn. The woman from the linescolded me as if l did it on purpose, then proceeded to be rude to the cashier. The cashier must have blamed me for upsettingher, because when I went to order, he was rude to me. I was carrying my 10 pound dog, like I always do when I’m orderingtakeout anywhere, and the guy asks if it’s a service dog, after he took my order. Are you going to kick me out now forcarrying my dog in the store for two minutes? Too much drama just to get a breakfast sandwich. Awful experience. Read more

Worst branch I have ever been to, it is unfortunately under the building I live in. I tell myself to never go in it and yet when... I give it a chance I am reminded everytime not to go back!! Incompetent staff, terribly prepared food, my order is constantlywrong. It is truly a different world in there, avoid at all cost! It’s not worth it. Read more

Purchased two breakfast wraps, coffee and tea and we were absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the food. ... Both the coffee and tea were overloaded with sugar, enough to give you cavities; definitely not the standard one milk, one sugarthat we ordered. The wraps were drenched in the sauce, I mean drenched, as soon as we opened the the wrap container it was justa nightmare and tasted disgusting. It's unfortunate that this country wide chain does not reinstate the importance ofconsistency. We ended up having to throw out our entire meal and due to time constraints, were unable to pick something up, soessentially, we starved until lunch. It's truly a shame that such a well known name in such a prestige location doesn't havebetter quality control. Way to ruin the start to the morning! Don't even bother with Tim Hortons support, they advised me toreach out to the store directly for reimbursement - I live an hour and a half a way, so no good there.. but they offered me 50points for my trouble.. Worst branch I have ever been. Tried the locker experience which was a bad decision for sure! People in the line were quicker... than us “skipping the line” with the locker. And after we get your drink from the locker we had to go back to the counter toask for a straw which defeated the whole purpose, made the entire transaction longer than it should have been. Also while wewere trying to get our straw, literally there was only one customer in line. I saw at least 5 other staff are there, at least 3of them were busy chatting, two girls sitting on the kitchen counter. We were completely ignored. Horrible experience Read more

I hate to give such a bad review but, my orders are never right. If the manager could please take a good look at your business... closely, I guarantee that you will succeed further than you already are. This is a super busy store during the day and it seemsas if they’re understaffed all the time, and when they’re not, the employees are all walking around like a headlesschicken! Today, I ordered 2 bagels, one with double cream cheese and the other just toasted plain. I received: 2 bagels toastedwith a thin layer of cream cheese on both. One of us is lactose intolerant and cannot have cream cheese! A few days ago, Iordered a bunch of items, they missed my croissant. This happened twice in the past! At the end of the day, I get that you’rebusy and understaffed but, we as customers, we try to be patient: waiting around for up to 20mins, we expect that things aredone correctly and given what we asked for. I’ve worked in a coffee shop for many years in the past, so I get it. But you haveto pay close attention to your customers. Read more

they are slow when its busy and slow when its not… not sure why the mobile lockers are there if i had to go to the front... counter and tell them what i ordered in person. it really defeats the purpose of them, and its not worth ordering in advancethrough the tims app if i had to wait 20 minute just to have them be rude and scramble to make the order. Ordered two large chilis and one chicken noodle soup. Paid the extra for both chilis to be a large. Received half of one large... chili and two chicken noodle soups. Not only was that wrong but somebody decided to use their hands to rip apart the buns eventhough I had paid for two full buns and one half already... I have three disgusting halves of ripped apart buns and a completelywrong order. Read more
