Kiosk doesn?t work, long line ups and staff who don?t know their own products. Waited in line for 10 minutes after trying to... order on the kiosk and telling the staff what I was trying to order (on the kiosk menu) only fir them to give me a confusedlook. Ultimately gave up without ordering. Read more

I've been to so many Tim Hortons, this one is legit the worst so far. Workers are rude, they cheap you out on sandwich proteins.... Go to the one in Union Station food court or the one in TD tower - your money is much better spent in those Tims. Read more

When I ordered my oatmeal this morning I can only assume they must have thought I said dumpster juice? Absolutely abysmal... service! Hot tip: when preparing someone's order, if the item does not resemble the customers order (or an edible food product)in absolutely anyway...DON'T SERVE IT! Read more

Not really sure why you?re reading a review for Tim?s, they?re all more or less the same. This one has a ?drink?s only express?... cash, which is great during the morning rush. What?s not great is they messed up my bagel order twice. Not really a big deal butthere?s 4 other Tim?s within a block...so just go those unless you want to try out the express cash. If you want a real treat,just dart up a few blocks north to Scoopz. Read more

Excellent quick and friendly service. I have also compared Iced Capps served by this location and other Tims, and they seem to... get it right all the time whereas others mess up the mixing or if you ask for a shot put way too much or too little. Read more
