Didn't get served at the counter. Waited 3-4 minutes. Even when someone in the back told the lousy servers that I was there... they completely ignored me and I had to walk out. Will never go to this garbage joint again. Obviously people who go heredon't care about their time. Read more
Drive thru orders are constantly wrong and if it is brought up on a subsequent visit you are told you should have raised the... issue at the time. But I go there maybe twice a week at most, so I don't know if they expect me to hang on to wrong orders thatentire time or what. It feels like they just don't pay attention when filling drive thru orders because they know most peoplewill have left by the time they realize a mistake was made. Read more
The lady working in this location did not give me the rollup cup on the side with the refill purchase of a coffee. She refused... to do so. She told me she knows so well that a customer cannot get a roll up cup on the side with the purchase of a refillcoffee as it is 10c less priced. .... The lady does not reimburse for no good beverages or food products. Charges me 25 cents for a spoon...I rarely get it. But... others walk away with few and she doesn't say a word. Charges me 50 cents for peanut butter whenever I do order a bagel and jam.And I didn't know she was a nutrionist. Don't tell me how to have my coffee. .that's all I buy from there and I work in thepost office. The male employee is much nicer and understanding. Read more
