This Tim Hortons has poor quality food and poor quality customer service. I got rushed by the early morning employee and she was... being rude for no reason and my food and drink was stale. I was just trying to grab something for my wife that just gave birth. You guys need to train on your staff in customer service. Very disappointed with this location, food and staff. Read more

This is absurd and comical - this location of Tim Hortons doesn't participate in the "Tim Hortons Reward Program"? It should... then change into a mom & pop coffee shop. Read more

Located inside of the Etobicoke hospital but service is not as expected. They don't have the scanner for rewards and payments,... spreads are given as sides with bagels and there are limited options for popular items. Only good thing is that it is only 24×7open option in the hospital. Read more

They don't take the rewards card nor do they accept the rewards QR code. I was told by a CSR that a salad is $10 and the wraps... are $7! They don't make sandwiches on the premises either. Never again. Read more

It was clean. Bathroom had no funny smell. The selection of donuts and timbits should be better. My steeped tea was really weak.... Staff need to be more focused on clients instead of speaking to each other in another language right in front of you. It's rudeand not inclusive. Have your private conversations in private. Opportunistic store. Since located inside hospital, they could set their own terms and conditions. They don't even let you scan... for Tims reward points, leave alone coupons and discounts. The availability of food is erratic as well. Read more
