The worst Tim Hortons ever. The Indian lady working in the drive-through at night, so rude, and takes too long to prepare the... orders. I have seen her shouting at customers and her colleagues. she was behaving so unprofessionally when I was taking anorder drive-through she threw the sweeteners on my face when I asked for extra. I had the worst experience ever at this tim. She was Indian or Sri Lankan lady, working at drive thru at night(11:45pm). We... ordered coffee from mobile and waited for a while thn drove to get but she was like u have to come in. And the way she wastalking .. was just unacceptable as customers. We are not coming to have free coffee from donations, we have paid for it so bekind with ur words. She said - ?U listen to me first? and kept shouting. Read more
The quantity they serve for the bowl and even for coffee is very less than what you get in other Tim Hortons outlets
Date- 15/09/2022 Time- 11:20 Hey The guy in the front was super rude , he seems to be manager. And have seen him doing this a... lot of time. He is not polite with the customers. And have seen him screaming on the staff as well. He usually works onThursday. Last time when we ordered , he missed the order and wasn?t accepting the mistake later . My order was misread, but understandably so with the volume of clients at the time. When I made this aware to the clerk, they... were rude and confirmed that the order had been filled as inscribed on their screen which wasn'T the case. Read more
Decent Tim Hortons location. Ordering food takes a long time but coffee is quick. Some of the workers aren't very experienced,... and expect some mistakes sometimes if you order often. Other than that it is a pretty average location. Read more
Ive been ordering at the drive through window and the experience has been horrible. The drive through window lady is rude and... often gives me the wrong order. They sometimes miss a hash brown or just give me the wrong food. So I start checking the food Iget at the window for 5 to 10 seconds and she gets annoyed and stared at me as I was driving away. There are plenty of other TimHortons nearby and I highly recommend avoiding this location. Read more
Place is super busy always and literally not enough employees close to midnight..moreover tims app sucks, menu needs to static... so people can see but screen keeps changing and app needs to show menu without selecting stupid location first.. Read more
