They never do things right like never. Ordered smoothie and find out it is tasteless like crushed ice. Donuts are old even... though it is a busy location. The customer service is horrible. They take forever take an order after waiting in the line forhalf an hour. Just go to the seneca one. They are much better. Read more
No breakfast, even when people said there was. Filipino staff talk a lot amongst each other and took a bit to ask for my order.... Went from 3 staff to just 1 before I completed my order. Only ordered a muffin and a drink. The actual making didn't take longthough. Read more
Rudest staff members i have ever seen. They are always busy talking to each other and veryyyy veryyyyy slow. TERRIBLE AND RUDE FILIPINO LADIES !!! Bad customer service, constant eye rolling and attitude . When ordering donuts they look... at one another and give dirty looks. Also, when ordering a cup of coffee and asking for double cup, the employee gave me astyrofoam cup. Im appalled by their demeanour because I'm paying! I'm not stealing or asking them for money! Long queues, sometimes mess up the order .The staff is friendly though.Get ready to wait for 10 minutes if you order a... bagel.Usually, there are like only 1 or two members are working in the front but because of the crowd, it seems really hard tomanage.
