Reviews for The Rose and Crown in Toronto, ON
I was here with a big group of friends and family. I had a sandwich Au jouswith steak and melted cheese but unfortunately the... server once she brough me the plate she hit the chair or something and all my french fries and sandwich were completely soakedwith the juice. She just said a quick sorry and left without worries. So.. my sandwich was like very hard to eat as once i triedto hold it,it was falling apart due to the juice. I did not complain or anything as I didn't want to make a big deal but indeedit was. The guy server on the other hand was very nice and available on giving suggestions or explaing different dishes. I spent40 bucks for a saked sandwich, a mimosa and a tea. Food is ok, place has a nice vibe. Read more
One of the best bars in town, make sure you catch up the Sunday karaokes. And you cannot find more caring staff, they're like... family now. Read more
Classic neighborhood pub with a lively crowd, especially at night. Beer fresh and cold. Menu is traditional pub fare but the... option of a split side of half fries and half salad is a benefit. They have their street patio which is another plus. Overallplenty of fun times here over the years. Recommended to anyone in the area Read more

Great pub with good vibes and is usually busy during nights. They got live music so if you want to have a conversation here this... is not the place. Great outdoor patio that's quieter. Good selection of food here and waiters are nice. Read more
Organised a Meetup of 6 people here and it was just the best. The ambiance to begin with is very mellow and just right to have... those evening drinks and chat up. The food was excellent as well. Among us, we ordered beers, wine, chicken wings, Mac andcheese, Sandwich and pad Thai which was all so delicious ! The dessert menu is very limited and had just two items - chocolatemousse and apple crumble with ice cream. We did try them and it was good however would love to have a few more options. Thestaff is super friendly and the music from the 90s was perfect. Best thing about this place - the menu prices include tax (soyou do know what you?re gonna end up paying from the start ;)) !!! This is going to become my local pub hangout for sure !!!!???? Read more
Lovely place! We went for lunch and wasn't quite sure what to expect as it was our first time. We sat inside as it was a little... breezy in the patio. Calm ambience with some music at lunch time. Ordered the wings and chips + pad thai. Both were great!Would not have counted on pad thai being decent in a pub but read many good reviews about it and it's kinda true! It's not thepad thai you'll get in Thailand or even Asia but it's delicious nevertheless. Read more
