Maybe it's just me. The good: - Friendly staff. Really friendly. - The Shrimp Fried Rice - They do have a small Kid's Meal... section on the menu The bad: - Seafood was meh... Given that it's "market price", I'd expect something with a bit moreflavour. - Sauce was really thick - way too much - to the point that it overtakes the taste of the 'smaller' seafood (shrimp,mussels, clams). Because it's served in a plastic bag, the bits at the bottom are pretty much just soaking in sauce. Literally,cooked whole shrimp dumped in a bag and a ladle full of sauce. - Serving food in a plastic bag feels both gimmicky and ratherlazy. Something I'd expect at a lower price point. - Serving shrimp that's whole, still with legs and a head (unless you paymore for heads removed) also feels rather lazy. - Other than the sauce, this doesn't feel much different than buying it yourselfat seafood store or market and just preparing the food yourself at home. Even then, the sauce wasn't that special, but thatcould be me. - We asked for a lobster fork - they didn't have any. - The bottom of the stairs going to the washrooms had a bunchof flies flying around for some reason. - A kids menu is thoughtful, but all the sinks for washing your hands are too high forinfants and there are no footstools. It's a small but important detail. - Overall, the price did not reflect the experiencewhatsoever. Read more
It was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it!!! Staff were very friendly and attentive, service was great and so... was the food! It was made to order so it was hot, fresh, flavourful, just straight up amazing!!!!!! Read more
Excellent food and service! This was my first time eating here and I loved it. Garlic shrimp was delicious.
The seafood fried rice was too oily. Oil was dripping from the box it was packed. Didn't expect the most popular item to be like... this The rice was okay but the shrimps were good. Also ordering online was a breeze 2stars for that. Should improve foodquality. Read more
Ordered shrimp, crab and mussels with Captain's Boil sauce and sides of corn, broccoli, okra and lotus roots. Shrimp was tasty... but felt the sauce didn't go well with mussels or vegetables. Other than that overall experience was good. Restaurant's interiordecoration/setup is unique. Read more
The staff were super friendly, and ambiance was excellent. It was my first time trying sea food and I can say could not have... better experience. Only thing I would say is there was no accessibility to reach first floor, it got bit of a trouble for somepeople.. Read more
My husband and I don?t do boils too often, but when we do, we come here and the food is always so tasty. Cajun fries are the... absolute best but everything else, including seafood and experience overall, was such a treat. The waiter was probably thenicest I?ve ever had dining out. Will definitely be coming back in the future! A note to agree on with other reviewers is thatthe ac is definitely on blast, so layer up! Read more
Spicy, spicy, spicy I gave them 4 in general but 3 for food The food was tasty and delicious but super spicy it wasn't my first... time in captain boil So I understand what mild should be I ordered mild But even the fries were super spicy ???????? I couldn'tenjoy my food as much as I want I almost cried because of it. Also I choose garlic sauce for my crab king leg And told them nottoo much garlic But the only thing you could see in the bowl it was garlic If you're not a fan of too much spicy This branch isnot a good option for you Sorry captain boil ????????????
