This is a neighbourhood staple. Food has always been fast, hot and tasty. Portions are adequate, some large (like the sticky... mango rice). The level of spiciness is spot on if you like spice. Pad Thai was extremely dry. The sauce is like ketchup. It comes with 3 pieces of shrimp and 5 small pieces of chicken and... mountain of noodles. It was sooo much noodles that makes me feel sick opening the container. It feels like I’m just eating thedry noodles the whole time. Doesn’t even taste like pad Thai. The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life, and the service was superb, I just HAD to tip 30% because I haven’t gotten... service like that in forever. Ambiance was comfortable and it wasn’t too packed, with lots of options for everyone and drinkstoo! I’ll definitely be back, and the portions are massive so 2 dishes was enough food for now and for tomorrow’s dinner aswell. Read more
It was my 2nd time ordering Samosa from here. 1st time they were all hot and fresh. However, my order last night was terrible... and I could not believe my eyes. Out of 16 Samosa 6 of them were completely hollow with absolutely no filling inside. I couldtell by looking on the outside that there was something wrong. They had a darker color and looked old. I don't even know wherethe filling has gone! One had a small amount of filling in it that had dried up as it was too old. The pictures explain it all.They absolutely know that they are mixing old Samosas or the ones that are not made proper with fresh ones and it isunacceptable. I would never order from here again because they clearly don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. Ireluctantly finished the rest as I was questioning the quality of the food. Stay away! Their driver came to my building, lied and said the order was dropped off - and left. Watched it all happen on the Skips App.... Normally I'd just complain to Skip - but I got the message right after ordering stating that Thai Home was reasonable for both.Aka their driver tried to steal the 38$ I had spent on my dinner and the dinner itself.
