READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! Worst customer service and the cook was stingy with the protein. We love the chain, the large noodle... Thai soup is our go to. Filling, healthy and always hot. Visited this location today for the first time to have one and a friedrice with chicken. The soup is usually pretty good, most of the time we have it with chicken, today we decided to try withshrimps. It was tasteless and watery. The shrimps were nowhere to be found, I got to find 4 of them and when I asked thescowling teenagers who work here about that, they just said they?re at the bottom and it?s only 6 of them. With a look ofsuperiority on their smug faces as if speaking with a crazy person. If you don?t want to job go elsewhere. With that we turnedto the rice. Just look at the pictures. It?s greasy and again, very little protein in it. About the same 5-6 chunks of chicken,seems to be their standard. Didn?t even bother to ask. Eaton centre location is good, I?ll stick to that one, never coming backhere. I recommend you don?t visit Stockyards either. Not a good experience. Read more

Worst customer service ever! The woman/owner/cashier is rude with a permanent scowl on her face and will trash talk behind your... back to the chef/husband in cantonese if you order any of the specials or have any questions about the menu in general. Nevermet someone who hates her job more. She will throw the receipt at you if your ask for one. When I tried to be extra polite andsay thank you she just glared at me and turn away. Not even 1 star. False advertisement, it says plum sauce but was given duck sauce which honestly taste nasty. they refused to give me sauce to... replace the duck sauce. Stop it all if he was rude to me. Came to leave a review and i can tell i?m not the only one. Read more

Doesn't taste like it should. They don't use hoisin sauce with their pad sew. They are always "out" of it. The noodles taste... like just oil. It's a sad version of the chain. Won't be going back. I thought this company had some standards. Read more

Bad customer service from teenagers Store manager : Don?t make your teenagers work the counter and if you really do at least... train them I ordered veg pad Thai and told the teenager at the counter not to add egg or meat and he couldn?t believe what heis hearing . So he asked me three times ? so just noodles ? ? to which I replied yes noodles and vegetables and please make itspicy He did not even pretend to hear me he went back to iPad playing what ever he was playing . And when the parcel came hedidnot include fork and I asked him to include fork to which he is replied there is spoon !! ( how do you expect me to eatnoodles with spoon) After making him understand that he gave me a fork reluctantly. Horrible customer service. Period. First, no one answered the phone when I tried calling multiple times to place an order.... Secondly, when I walked in, the two guys were just working behind the counter without acknowledging that someone has walked in.After few minutes, a person takes my order. I wanted Pad Thai with shrimps AND vegetables. He couldn?t understand that I wantedboth in one order. He didn?t even ask if I wanted mild, medium or spicy and just prepared according to his own taste. It was myfault too that I forgot to mention also. Anyhow, lack of taste wasn?t even the issue. I ordered tom yum soup. In the instructions I I requested that I would like it spicy with extra vegetables less noodles. I used... door dash as the delivery service. I paid $19.99 for the soup with delivery which would have been fine but was royallydisgusted upon arrival. The delivery person was rude. I opened up the bag. There were no utensils, no napkins. I took a sipand the soup was definitely not spicy. I stirred it figured maybe it wasn't mixed properly what floated up were 5 large stems.They were hard like wood. It was disgusting. Made me want to vomit. The soup went in the garbage. What a waste of money. I willnever order form this place again. Read more
