I thought it looked alright when they were cooking it up. But the flavour was just horrible. Don?t advise eating here.
Do not buy from here. Food quality is mediocre at best, "Protein Bowl" is just vegetables and some chicken for 13,49 + Tax.... Wanted to add the AddOn Package (1 spring roll + Drink) for 3,99. Cashier did not register it as a package, but added the springroll and the drink separately (4,98 in total). When we got the bill, we asked about it (because we clearly stated, that wewanted the AddOn package from the Advertisement for 3,99), the Cashier did not accept our complaint and refused to correct theBill. Ordered a protein bowl shrimp. After taxes, it's $16.94. Just got vegetables and a few shrimps. This has nothing much of... protein, serving is small. Not worth the money that is spent on. Maybe HQ should go back into the kitchen and create a new onewith ingredients that is worthy of customers returning back and give 5 stars. You might aswell just go to a garbage can and slap some trash on your plate, then leave $20 in the can. You?ll get about the... same experience for this bland overpriced garbage. If 0 stars was an option I would hit it. Truly one of the worst meals I havehad. Read more
An absolute waste of money, do not buy from this location, the quality is bad, the cashier is nice, although the 2 Asian cooks... were not accommodating at all, I went back to inform them about the rice being all stuck together, the vegetables in tiny bits,and the chicken and mushroom being burnt, asked for a refund, the main cook said no. No remorse what so ever for my $13, andabsolutely no way I will ever buy from them again. The cook argued with me for several minutes after I asked for a refundrespectfully, he was full of attitude and talked back to me constantly when I asked him for the refund. No wonder this locationis the only food location at the Eaton Centre with NO ONE in line, and nobody ever ordering from here. I?m there everyday andthis place has a bad reputation. Horrible customer service! 6 shrimps in my food basically. He gave me for free one spring rool and in the other locations I get... 2. And I paid for extra 2 dumplings. So expensive for horrible service. I like the one at Yorkdale location. Read more
Worst 16 dollars I've spent on this place. Isn't a protein bowl supposed to have a base like rice or quinoa or something? It was... literally just vegetables and tofu. Eww! I'm not even full eating this. Seriously, what a waste! I can see all they're doing isapologizing and asking the customer to email them. How about improving your product? Read more
Food was great! We went twice during our week in Toronto and ordered the same thing both times. Portions were good sized, meat... and vegies were cooked to perfection. It was light and delicious! Read more
